Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the final quarter of the decade. Aleesha was born into a sporting family back in 1984. Her father competed in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also played sports like hockey on ice. Aleesha had played a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball before getting interested in bodybuilding when she was 15 or so. Aleesha won her pro card following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. She began to compete in 2008, however she started competing since the year 2008. She was also a participant at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she finished 9th. In 2015 she maintained her 9th place finish. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016, in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance came in 2020. She placed 4th. However, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
